The Venue at Anderson Oaks in Lucedale has the means to make your wedding day truly unforgettable. Only 35 miles north of Pascagoula, 40 miles northwest of Mobile and 60 miles southeast of Hattiesburg, The Venue at Anderson Oaks is easily reachable for those coming from the Gulf Coast; including Ft. Walton Beach, Destin, Pensacola, Mobile, Biloxi, Gulfport, and the Louisiana panhandle, among other places. Removed from the nearby hubbub of those big cities', this gem is an ideal spot for soon-to-be-newlyweds who are looking to get married in a peaceful setting. We welcome you to our dream come true! We are Billy & Melissa Anderson, the owners of The Venue at Anderson Oaks. Melissa is who you are usually speaking to when inquiring about the Venue. We have four beautiful children: Kynleigh (18), Mack (7), Jackson (5) and Mary Kathryn (4). The Venue at Anderson Oaks is perfect for all life’s special moments. Weddings, wedding receptions, baby showers, special birthdays, and celebrations of any sort. Included in Venue hire are tables—round and rectangle, and chairs with cushions to accommodate 200 guests. In addition, are 150 gold Chiavari chairs. The Venue at Anderson Oaks has on site décor available for your use as well. If you are dreaming of a wedding with lots of charm, our 5200 foot heated and cooled venue with its stunning chandeliers, exposed wooden beams, and elegantly appointed bridal suite is sure to be the romantic event you’ve always dreamed it would be.
At The Venue at Anderson Oaks we require
20% non-refundable deposit at your booking
50% of the remaining balance at least 180 days before your event
and any balance due 90 days prior to the event.
A refundable damage and security deposit of $500 is due before the day of your event, and will be returned to
you once the venue has been inspected after your event.
